Stillwater worked with HITT Contracting as the roofing and exterior finishes subcontractor to construct this unique, elaborate roofscape. All roofing, planters, pavers, green roofing, and ipe timber decks were furnished and installed by our team.
Stillwater Construction was selected by the board of Fallswood Condominium to provide a complete turnkey product for their garage and tennis court restoration. Working with CSG as the project engineer, Stillwater demolished the existing 20 yr. old tennis courts, and completed extensive concrete restoration of the underlaying garage below. After the demo. and structural restoration, Stillwater provided Siplast hot rubberized asphalt waterproofing, and Parapro exterior flashing to ensure the building envelope was complete and watertight. We built masonry and stone planters, poured the tennis court, installed new fencing, and furnished custom Nitterhouse pavers. Landscaping and irrigation completed the project design.
Stillwater Construction had the opportunity to provide property manager Cushman and Wakefield complete waterproofing, concrete restoration, and plaza finishes at this high end Arlington location. Carefully coordinated over 4 years, the project scope prepared and managed by engineer SK&A, included restoration around the entire perimeter of the property. The building remained 100% operational during the work which required close coordination with the building management and tenants during the years long project. The last phase was completed in the summer of 2018.
